For most of my working life I have been an event and multi-media producer for production companies and corporations. While on that path, I was on a parallel one of growth and spiritual embodiment - my true calling. Now, I empower individuals to consciously create their lives through embodied spirituality with science-based methodologies. Using transformative techniques rooted in somatic, mental, and spiritual models, I help people rewire their brains, regulate their nervous systems, and release trapped emotions through the lens of play and imagination. My personal story of struggle and transformation called me to be a force of love to guide people into their own transformative life journeys. I teach people to build effective narratives for themselves as they learn to intentionally design the healthy, joyful, abundant life experience they desire. My greatest joy is helping people discover a deeper connection with the embodied, empowered self through the divine within so they live a more authentic, intentional, sensual, abundant, and joyful life.
